- Fresh Methi (fenugreek)
- Curd (dahi)
- Oil

Step by Step Recipie to make Homemade Gujarati Thepla
1. Wash methi leaves and dry it properly.
2. Finely chopped the methi leaves.
3. Take wheat flour
4. Add besan.
5. Add red chilli powder, coriander, cumin(jeera), turmeric, salt.
6. Mix well so spices are evenly distributed.
7. After mixing the spices add chopped methi leaves, curd and oil .
8. Mix well all ingredients properly.
9. Add water and bring mixture together.
10. Make a soft dough not sticky.
11. Add oil on the soft dough.
12. Cover it for 5-10 minutes.
13. Make a small balls of dough.
14. Roll the ball of dough lightly into a thin circle.
15. Heat the tawa on medium flame and sprinkle the drops of oil on the tawa.
16. Place rolled thepla on the hot tawa.
17. Cook for few seconds until the small bubbles appear.
18. Flip the thepla apply oil/ghee aroud the edges on surface.
19. Flip again and cook until both sides have golden brown spots.
20. Remove and keep covered on a container to stay soft.
